Each examination includes a dermoscopic analysis. This approach allows for a thorough evaluation of all skin changes, and together with an exhaustive anamnesis, higher accuracy in determining the diagnosis, and thus more successful treatment.
Painless, non-invasive examination using a hand-held microscope, the so-called dermoscope, originally intended for the examination of pigment changes on the skin, commonly known as moles or moles.
With this examination, the moles are assessed, whether they are completely harmless, suspicious or a malignant disease. Melanoma, the most dangerous skin cancer, can only be cured if it is caught at an early stage.
So don't delay the examination if you notice something new on your skin, a mole that doesn't look like the others or a mole that starts to grow and change colors.
Examination of the nails using a dermoscope, diagnostics and recommendations for the treatment of various nail diseases - fungal infections, ingrown toenails, under-nail growths. Changes in the nails are often a sign of a systemic disease, do not ignore them. The appearance of band-like pigmentation on the nail requires a mandatory examination with a dermoscope. One of the rarer skin cancers, melanoma can also appear on the nails.
